Ways to work together

Start where you are. You can always move up.

Every rung below is a real product with a real price. Nothing is “contact us for pricing”. And whichever you pick, you never carry the risk.

Four steps. One decision at a time.

Each step exists because the one before it created a need. You don’t have to pick from a menu - just take the next step, and stop whenever you’ve got what you came for.

1

Where do I stand?

You know something isn’t working. You don’t yet know which part.

Growth Scorecard Both

Seven dimensions of your revenue engine, scored, with your weakest link named and the first thing to fix. About six minutes. Finish it and the International Readiness Scorecard opens straight after.

2

What do I do about it?

A score tells you where it leaks. It doesn’t tell you what to do, in what order, or what each fix is worth.

$895 – $3,995

Growth Roadmap Grow

Your scored assessment written up in full, then a 90-minute session where we build your prioritised, costed 90-day plan together. You keep the plan either way.

Credited in full against your first month if we go on to work together, and seven-day money back if you don’t think it was worth it.

Expansion Blueprint Go Global

A written report on all four foundations - are you ready, which market first, how you’ll win there, and whether you can afford it - plus a readout call. About seven days.

Credited in full against your first month if we go on to work together, and seven-day money back if you don’t think it was worth it.

Fix one thing

You have a plan and no hands to run it. Start with the one fix that unlocks the rest.

$6,000

A focused sprint Both

Four to six weeks on the single thing your Roadmap says matters most. We agree the focus after the diagnosis, not before it:

  • Sales pitch and GTM - value proposition, narrative and target market
  • RevOps - CRM, tooling and dashboards your team will actually use
  • Sales automation - connect the tools so work moves without anyone re-keying it
  • AI for growth - put AI to work on research, drafting, follow-up and reporting, so the team gets hours back for the work only people can do
  • Market entry - choose your first market on evidence, build the plan and the target list

Carries the 3x guarantee: we find at least three times the fee in recoverable revenue, or the full fee becomes credit toward working together.

Revenue Partner Both

Everything in the Clinic, plus a monthly 1:1, a quarterly plan and direct access between sessions. Your team keeps the wheel; I sharpen the judgement behind it.

Fractional CRO Grow Go Global

I run the sales function and own the outcome. Pipeline reviews, live deals, coaching your team, hiring the next role, reporting to your board.

Go Global engagements carry a wider brief and the full Global Growth OS, and are priced accordingly. We settle the scope and the fee on the call.

At each stage I keep going at no extra cost until we hit the deliverables we agreed. Grow runs on 30 days’ notice; Go Global has a three-month initial term, then 30 days.

Choosing between the last two rungs

Partner or Fractional?

The honest difference, because the prices are close enough that it’s a fair question.

$2,500 / month

Revenue Partner sharpens your judgement

Your team keeps the wheel. I’m the person you think out loud with, who reviews the plan, pressure-tests the big deal and tells you what I’d do.

Right when you have capable people and you need judgement, not hands.

From $4,995 / month

Fractional CRO owns the outcome

I run the sales function. Pipeline reviews, live deals, coaching your team, hiring the next role, reporting to your board.

Right when there’s nobody senior owning revenue, and the founder is that person by default.

The alternative is a search, a salary, a ramp-up and a bet on someone who has not done it before. This is someone who has already built it, sold it and done it again 60+ times, working on your revenue from week one. And if it is not working, 30 days’ notice.

The important part

You never carry the risk

Each guarantee is stated on the offer it belongs to, above. In short:

The diagnostics

Seven-day money back

If you don’t think the plan was worth it, tell me within seven days and I’ll refund you in full. No forms, no conversation about why. Or take it as credit instead. Your choice, not mine.

Sprints and embedded work

We finish what we start

A sprint finds three times its fee in recoverable revenue or the fee becomes credit. On embedded work I keep going at no extra cost until we hit what we agreed, as long as you’re following the plan.

Every retainer

You can stop

30 days’ notice either side on Grow work, the Clinic and Partner. Go Global runs a three-month initial term, then 30 days - because a market entry abandoned at week six leaves you worse off than never starting.

Why I cap it

I hold a maximum of four embedded clients at a time, across both stages.

That isn’t a marketing line. Embedded work means being genuinely inside the business, in the pipeline, alongside the team and accountable for the number. A fifth would mean you get less than I promised, and I would rather say no than let that happen.

If the seats are full when you call, I’ll tell you straight and we’ll find you a rung that isn’t.

One more option

Prefer a fixed-price project?

Some engagements work better as a defined project with a set scope and a set fee, rather than a monthly retainer. Usually a discovery phase first, then a defined piece of commercial work, with the discovery credited.

If that suits how you buy, say so on the call and I’ll scope it that way.

Questions

Frequently asked

The things people ask before they commit. Anything specific to going offshore is answered on the Go Global page.

Which stage am I in, Grow or Go Global?

If sales at home still run through you, start with Grow. If the home engine works and the next real growth is offshore, you’re in Go Global.

Plenty of companies need both, in that order. Fixing the home engine first makes the offshore move considerably easier, because you’re exporting something that already works rather than hoping it will. The scorecard will tell you where you sit.

What do you actually do?

I’m a fractional Chief Revenue Officer for New Zealand B2B tech companies. I embed in the business and do the commercial work, so growth stops depending on the founder being in every deal.

That means sharpening the offer and the message, building a sales approach the team can run, tightening conversion, and putting a rhythm in place that holds after I leave. Offshore, it also means choosing the right first market on evidence.

Are you a consultant, or do you execute too?

Hands-on. Strategy matters, but you’ll also get execution: targeting, outreach, account plans, pipeline discipline, sales narrative, process, coaching and operating rhythm.

The goal is momentum you can sustain after the engagement ends, not a document.

How is this different from hiring a full-time sales leader?

A full-time hire is a search, a salary, a ramp-up and a bet on someone who probably hasn’t done it before. This is someone who has already built it, sold it, and done it again 60+ times, working on your revenue from week one rather than month six.

And if it isn’t working, you can stop. A bad hire takes far longer to undo.

What’s the difference between you and a marketing agency?

Agencies are usually built for awareness and lead generation. I’m focused on commercial outcomes: pipeline quality, conversion, deal progression and revenue.

Marketing can be part of the system, but this is led from sales and go-to-market execution.

How long until we see results?

You’ll usually see leading indicators quickly: clearer targeting, better meetings, a cleaner pipeline. Revenue outcomes depend on your deal cycles and your market.

The aim is a system that produces predictable progress, not random wins.

What do you need from us to make this work?

A committed internal owner, usually the founder. Quick access to product and customer context. And the willingness to run a consistent cadence.

Growth fails less from a lack of ideas and more from inconsistency. That’s true at home and it’s twice as true offshore.

What if we’re not ready yet?

Then I’ll tell you, and I’ll tell you what would make you ready. I’d rather lose the work than take a fee for something that won’t stick.

The scorecard is the cheapest way to find out, and it costs nothing. If the answer is not yet, the articles and the Revenue Clinic will get you further on your own.

Do you only work with tech companies?

Mostly, and that’s deliberate. B2B tech is where 20+ years of my own selling sits, so I know the buyers, the cycles and where deals stall.

I’ve worked with businesses outside tech where the sale is technical, considered and relationship-led. If that sounds like you, ask on the call.

Am I locked in?

Grow work has no minimum at all: 30 days’ notice, either side, from the start. The Clinic and Revenue Partner are the same.

Go Global runs a three-month initial term, then 30 days. Not to tie you in, but because a market entry abandoned at week six leaves you worse off than never having started.

Is there a guarantee?

Several, and each is stated on the offer it belongs to. Both diagnostics carry seven-day money back. Sprints find three times the fee in recoverable revenue or the fee becomes credit. On embedded work I keep going at no extra cost until we hit what we agreed, as long as you’re following the plan.

I also only take clients I believe I can help, which is the guarantee that matters most.
